Many of them remember the days of purely mechanical engineering, back when the first packaging robot was developed in the early 1980s, and they have accompanied the conversion to digital packaging machines: We’re talking about 171 Schubert employees, some of whom have been part of the team for decades. In fact, all together, they have been with the company for 3770 years. Ralf Schubert, Managing Partner at Gerhard Schubert GmbH, knows just how important loyal employees are for a company: “They are role models for younger employees who will continue to learn a lot from them in the future. That deserves respect and recognition.”

Nevertheless, they received an anniversary bonus as a token of our great appreciation. “Actually, it is our tradition to invite those who have been with the company for 25, 40 and 45 years to a festive dinner with their partners,” Ralf Schubert explains. Unfortunately, due to Corona, the celebration had to be cancelled two years in a row. “But we intend to make up for it as soon as possible.”
